Wake up with Yogi!
Start you Saturday morning off right by having fun with Yogi! That's right, Yogi will get our campers in motion with a few silly movements and we're sure, a few tricks up his sleeve too! Then it's time for a bear-size breakfast with Yogi! This year at Breakfast with Yogi there is a larger selection of menu items to choose from. You won't want to miss waking up with Yogi!
Hey-ride fun!
Our hey-rides are so popular; we've decided we need more! This season guests can hop aboard an afternoon wagon ride in addition to the morning, eartly evening and glow-in-the dark hey-ride too!
Weekday Activities...
Weekday activities are a blast and this season there will be more.. more visits with the bears, hey-rides and teen activities! Come and camp with us weekdays beginning June 7th thru August 13th.
April
Enjoy reduced rates this month! Click here to book your reservation.It's Springtime at Yogi Bear Park and that can only mean one thing; it's time to camp! It's also Yogi, Cindy and Boo Boo's favorite time of year because it's when their friends wake them to kick off another great season of family fun at Jellystone Park Chicago!
Be an early bird and stay with on April 9-11th and/or April 16-18th when it's BUY ONE NIGHT GET A SECOND FREE!!! Our first weekend offers limited activities, however; there will be plenty of fun to go around. Wake the Bears weekend falls on April 16-18th this year. Come prepared to make lots of noise to get Yogi, Cindy and Boo Boo out of hibernation! Why not bring your four-legged friend out for a weekend of family fun at Doggone Good Days? Then join in a hilarious game of golf at Yogi's Annual Golf Outing. This month closes with Yogi's Secret Mission where you can become a sleuth and help solve the mystery in the Yogi Clue Game.
May
With five activity weekends on its calendar, May is an action-packed month at Jellystone Park. Things kick off with Mother’s Day Weekend and the Annual Duck Races. Next, we celebrate our heroes with Hurray to Heroes Weekend where we honor all military, police, fire and EMS with special camping rates and fun. We celebrate Yogi’s Birthday with a fiesta of fun activities and complimentary cake for our campers. Be sure to make plans with Yogi for Memorial Day Weekend, too. A live band, DJ, magician, and a clown will perform all weekend long. The Yogi Bear Summer Show premiers and we have a very special tribute planned for our Armed Forces and Veterans on Monday.
June
The fun only picks up in June, for it is when Jellystone Park's weekday activities begin (June 7th- August 13th). We’ll go crazy with Sports Mania, celebrate Boo Boo’s birthday with a fun carnival and honor our dads on Father's Day. June comes to a close with Yogi's Race Days, a revved up week of fun!
July
With July comes a number of celebrations. First is our annual Fourth of July Blast, when we cheer on the red, white, and blue! There will be a bike and stroller parade, battle of the sexes relays and tournaments. Live music and entertainment will be provided. Campers can stay a 4th night (3 might minimum stay) Thursday or Monday for ½ price! Cool off the following weekend during Wet 'n' Wild Mayhem, when super soakers meet heyrides, and later, get into character for a jazzy Mardi Gras celebration! July is also a great time to get in the holiday spirit when we host two weeks of Christmas In July! Visit with Santa, see the display of Christmas lights, watch Yogi’s Christmas Show and did someone say, SNOW?
August
August is a great month at Jellystone Park. Work up an appetite during our Down on the Farm week and treat your family to great grub at Annual Corn Boil Dinner ($) on Saturday night, and later in the month experience a reptile adventure when Phillips Park Zoo joins us for It’s a Zoo weekend. Weekdays activities end August 13th, but the fun is far from over. There is a chill in the air with the cool activities from Artic Blast weekend and then fantasy and fun come alive with Storybook weekend.
September
Heading into September, Labor Day Weekend offers a great time to relax and catch up with family. Why not take advantage and stay a 4th night for free (3 night minimum stay) Thursday or Monday for ½ price. We'll host live entertainment, tournaments, and a variety of other family-friendly activities as well. The following weekend bring Grandpa and Grandma camping and they will camp for free (when camping with you on your site) and enjoy the Sandwich Fair too.It’s Cindy’s turn to shine when her camping friends join her for a groovy time at her birthday celebration. The first of three boo-dacious Halloween weekends wraps up the month.
October
October is a spook-tacular time to camp with Yogi and friends at Jellystone Park, with two great weekends of Halloween celebrations! From costume parades, trick-or-treating, pumpkin carving, Halloween movie and Magic Matt joins us for a special Halloween Magic Show and for our brave guests, a night time journey through the Forest of Fear, the fun and the fright can't be beat! The last weekend of the season is October 8-10, when we add in the Magical Pumpkin Patch and a not-so-scary Halloween family event, the Forest of Fun. Lastly we wish sweet dreams to Yogi, Cindy, and Boo Boo at the Hibernation Celebration and say "So Long" until next season.
